Digital Portfolio Lead

About the role

Systems Arabia is looking for an experienced Digital Portfolio Lead to drive the strategy, governance and delivery of a strategic digital product portfolio in Riyadh. The role combines techno‑functional leadership with hands‑on delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy, planning and governance for an assigned digital product portfolio.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including product management, architecture, engineering, QA, UX, DevOps and production support.
• Translate business priorities into delivery roadmaps, milestones and actionable outcomes.
• Participate in solution and architecture discussions to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery from discovery through production support, managing risk, dependencies and resources.
• Mentor delivery managers, product owners and technical leads while ensuring compliance with security, quality and documentation standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technology delivery, digital transformation or program management.
• 5+ years leading complex digital programs or product portfolios in government or large enterprise settings.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
