Digital Strategy & Emerging Technologies Manager

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Manager to lead digital strategy and emerging‑technology workstreams for high‑impact transformation programmes across government entities and large organisations in the Middle East. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on implementation of blockchain, verifiable credentials and digital asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead core workstreams on digital transformation programmes for public‑sector and enterprise clients.
• Design and implement blockchain‑based solutions, tokenisation models and verifiable credential frameworks.
• Develop data‑ecosystem designs and integration patterns that support emerging‑technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology delivery with business strategy.
• Provide governance and risk‑management guidance for digital asset projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in digital strategy, consulting or technology implementation.
• Proven hands‑on experience with blockchain, verifiable credentials and digital assets.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystem design, integration patterns and tokenisation.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
