Director, Finance & Business Support

About the role

The Director, Finance & Business Support will lead the Finance team of Fairmont Ramla, Riyadh, overseeing all financial aspects of hotel operations and ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual budget, prepare financial statements and reports, and provide forecasting to guide strategic decisions.
• Support operational teams with financial analysis, cost‑control measures, and business performance insights.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and manage financial risks associated with hotel activities.
• Lead, develop and train the finance staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with other departments on revenue‑growth initiatives, investment analysis, and business development opportunities.
• Communicate financial performance and strategies to owners, senior management and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in accounting principles, P&L statements, operating budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Experience in hotel operational finance and familiarity with hospitality financial processes.
