Director - Financial Planning, Hospitality

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director of Financial Planning to lead financial planning, consolidated reporting and financial coordination for the Hospitality Business Unit's development pipeline. The role acts as the central financial data resource, providing reliable portfolio insights that support decisions on funding, development phasing and financial performance. It works across Development, Finance, Commercial, Procurement, Project Controls, Asset Management, Investment Management and Hospitality Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and long-range financial planning across the Hospitality Business Unit's development pipeline.
• Own the consolidated financial view of the portfolio, keeping project and business-unit data complete, consistent and current.
• Direct monthly reporting and give senior leadership clear variance commentary and forward-looking financial insights.
• Coordinate financial inputs across projects and corporate functions to align business plans, budgets, forecasts and funding requirements.
• Maintain visibility of capital deployment and portfolio exposure, escalating material risks, opportunities and funding pressures.
• Set financial data definitions, controls and reporting standards that support a reliable single source of truth.
• Lead the Financial Management team and partner with senior stakeholders to strengthen planning discipline and decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management or FP&A, including leadership in a complex development environment.
• Proven experience leading portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and consolidated financial reporting.
• Hospitality or large-scale development experience, with an understanding of hotel financial structures and multi-asset portfolios.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to explain financial performance and advise senior leaders on funding and portfolio decisions.
