Director of Entertainment Strategy

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a visionary Director of Entertainment Strategy to shape the future of its entertainment portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with senior leadership to define and execute the strategic roadmap for new and existing entertainment assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Executive Director in developing and executing the overall entertainment asset class strategy.
• Oversee design and early development phases of new entertainment concepts, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
• Lead research, feasibility assessments, and high‑level implementation roadmaps for new entertainment offerings.
• Manage vendors, IP licensors, and third‑party partners to meet project vision and briefs.
• Develop go‑live strategies covering operating model, pricing, sales & marketing, and manpower planning.
• Prepare presentations and materials for governance, senior management, and board approvals.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Business Unit and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Establish and monitor KPIs across development, business, financial, and operational plans.
• Prepare and track annual budgets, hiring plans, and strategic implementation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in entertainment strategy, asset management, or a closely related domain.
