About the role

The Director of Finance & Accounting acts as the strategic financial leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s objectives and maximise return on investment. This role partners with senior management to align financial planning with overall business goals and ensures robust financial governance across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting to improve profitability and support new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget, monitor actual performance against forecasts, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Analyse financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and risk‑management processes to safeguard assets.
• Oversee the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, integrity and continuous improvement.
• Provide analytical support during budget reviews and assist property managers in achieving productivity targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to develop business plans and drive financial performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
