Director of Finance & Asset Performance – Film Studios

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Director of Finance & Asset Performance for its film studio facilities. The role oversees financial management and asset performance to ensure optimal utilization and financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for film studio assets, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities to improve utilization and financial returns.
• Develop and implement financial models and reports to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with operational teams to optimize asset management and support business growth initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance and asset value.
• Lead and mentor a team to foster a high‑performing and collaborative work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience in finance, asset management or related fields, preferably within film, media or entertainment industries.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and asset performance management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
