About the role

The Director of Marketing & Communications will shape and execute the integrated marketing strategy for Grand Hyatt The Red Sea, positioning the resort as the premier luxury destination in the Red Sea region. Reporting to senior leadership, the role collaborates with Hyatt Regional Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, and external partners to drive brand awareness, direct bookings, and commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual Marketing & Communications plan aligned with the hotel’s business objectives and budget.
• Oversee brand management, ensuring all visual and written assets meet Hyatt brand standards.
• Lead public relations efforts, manage agency relationships, and coordinate media activities, press releases, and crisis communications.
• Design and execute digital campaigns, manage website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM/email marketing initiatives.
• Direct social media strategy, content creation, and influencer/partnership programs.
• Monitor performance metrics, analytics, and ROI across all marketing channels.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing.
• Strong track record of developing integrated campaigns that drive direct revenue.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal and external teams.
