Director of Residence

About the role

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Amaala is seeking a Director of Residence to lead the Private Residence department and oversee residential operations, ensuring exceptional service for homeowners and their guests. The role maintains Four Seasons standards, manages residential services and budgets, and ensures compliance with applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Private Residence department and build strong relationships with homeowners and residents.
• Recruit, lead, train and develop the residential team.
• Prepare and manage residential operating budgets, monitor expenditure and oversee financial reporting and cost control.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and other departments, and oversee service agreements and external providers.
• Develop residential policies and procedures, and oversee preventive maintenance, property inspections and improvement plans.
• Ensure health, safety, security and emergency procedures are effective, and keep accurate operational records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant leadership experience in luxury residential operations, property management or luxury hospitality.
• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations on residential operations, employment, health and safety.

Required skills

• Residential operations, homeowner relations, budgeting and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency.

The position is full-time, 45 hours per week, with flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays as needed, in line with Saudi Labor Law.
