Director of Restaurant Bar & Experience

About the role

The Director of Restaurant Bar & Experience will lead the Food & Beverage division at Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will oversee all operational and administrative aspects, including outside catering, budgeting, quality standards, and staff development.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and enforce corporate and hotel policies, SOPs, and the MOHG Code of Conduct.
• Support People & Culture strategic policies and all learning‑development initiatives.
• Maintain and update training matrices, job description, and specification matrices for the division.
• Supervise all F&B employees, facilities, and financial performance to maximise profit and cost efficiency.
• Inspect front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations daily.
• Control and analyse product and service quality, guest satisfaction, and quality measurements such as LQE, LQA, Forbes Five Star and MOQA.
• Drive merchandising, marketing, food hygiene, cleanliness and employee grooming standards.
