Director of Revenue

About the role

The Director of Revenue will lead strategic revenue management for Faena The Red Sea, shaping pricing, demand optimisation and financial performance across the luxury hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor group and transient business trends over a five‑year horizon to improve demand, availability and revenue.
• Provide data‑driven analysis of short‑term revenue impacts on occupancy, ADR and rooms profitability.
• Participate in daily revenue meetings, sales strategy sessions and property visits to ensure market‑responsive decisions.
• Analyse STAR reports and RevPAR index changes to forecast trends and guide strategy.
• Develop and share revenue‑management best practices across the portfolio.
• Stay informed on industry, market and economic trends and communicate insights to leadership.
• Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that boost bookings during low periods.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews, aiming for forecast accuracy within ±5%.
• Support the annual operating plan and craft an annual revenue‑management strategy aligned with Faena’s vision.
• Maintain relationships with brand partners, owners, OTAs and industry groups such as HSMAI.
• Oversee displacement analysis, group business decisions and the annual RFP process.
• Train sales and front‑office teams on revenue‑management principles and tools.
• Champion effective use of revenue‑management technology across all properties.

Required profile

• Proven experience of 7–10 years in revenue management, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
• Track record of delivering accurate forecasts and driving revenue growth.
