Director of Revenue – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As Director of Revenue for Faena The Red Sea, you will lead revenue management across the luxury hotel portfolio, shaping pricing, demand optimisation and financial performance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor group and transient business trends over a five‑year horizon, driving improvements in demand, availability and revenue.
• Provide data‑driven analysis on short‑term revenue impacts, influencing occupancy, ADR and rooms profitability during the 53‑week operational period.
• Participate in daily revenue meetings, sales strategy sessions and property visits to ensure alignment with market conditions.
• Analyse STAR reports and RevPAR index changes to forecast trends and guide revenue strategies.
• Develop and share best practices that enhance portfolio‑wide performance and support the annual operating plan.
• Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that boost bookings during low‑demand periods.
• Lead monthly forecast reviews aiming for ±5 % accuracy across all properties.
• Train sales and front‑office teams on revenue management principles and tools.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of revenue management experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, preferably managing multiple properties.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy and demand management to maximise RevPAR.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing and operations.
• Deep understanding of Middle‑East market dynamics, especially Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management systems such as IDeaS or Duetto.
• Experience using hotel PMS and CRM tools.
• Advanced data‑analysis capabilities, including STAR report interpretation.
