Curator - Luxury Guest Service

About the role

FAENA The Red Sea is looking for a Curator, described as the most personal expression of its service. Acting as the dedicated host for guests, the Curator curates every detail of the stay from pre-arrival to departure, anticipating needs and crafting highly personalized, seamless experiences. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke service across the full guest journey, from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Welcome guests with a personalized suite orientation, handle luggage, unpack and arrange in-room items.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking.
• Manage all guest requests, including dining, reservations, amenities, laundry and special occasions.
• Maintain the presentation of suites, wardrobes and in-room details to FAENA standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD and Concierge.
• Arrange and oversee personalized F&B experiences and in-room dining for VIP and special attention guests.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and swiftly, and maintain accurate guest profiles and service history.
• Support arrival and departure, including in-room check-in and express check-out.
• Monitor room condition and report maintenance or quality issues proactively.
• Promote resort services and assist with logistics such as airport transfers and activities.
• Uphold high standards of grooming, presentation and confidentiality.

Required profile

• 2-3 years' experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role in a 5-star hotel or resort.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards (Forbes or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organization and the ability to multitask.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive guest information.
• Well-groomed, polished and confident in guest-facing environments.

Required skills

• Experience with hotel systems such as Opera or similar is an advantage.
• Natural ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service.
