Director of Spa

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Spa to lead Ciel Spa at SLS The Red Sea, a luxury resort on the Red Sea coast. The role combines commercial acumen with a passion for wellness to create memorable, high‑end spa experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall strategy and daily operations of Ciel Spa, ensuring personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain outstanding standards across treatments, reception, relaxation areas, retail and all spa facilities.
• Curate and evolve the treatment menu, wellness programs and seasonal offerings aligned with the brand identity.
• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing spa team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Drive commercial performance, including revenue, profitability, treatment utilization and retail sales.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans, monitor financial results and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Wellness or related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of spa or wellness experience, with senior leadership in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven track record managing a full‑service luxury spa operation and delivering strong financial results.
• Excellent leadership, communication and guest‑relation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using spa management and booking systems.
