Document Controller

About the role

Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd. is hiring a Document Controller in Dammam, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. The role covers all documents relating to the receipt, storage, labelling, picking, loading and delivery of raw materials and finished goods in line with HSEQ (health, safety, environment and quality) requirements and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Process signed delivery notes from transport companies, keep track of deliveries, collect and scan the notes and invoices, and record them in the system and share them with area sales representatives.
• Ensure the correct forms, information and approvals are in place before returning material, then issue return and credit notes in the system and send credit notes to sales once items are back in the warehouse.
• Return defective, damaged or wrongly loaded items to the warehouse and replace them with the correct stock.
• Send daily reports on leased Dyna's and their usage percentage, and prepare shortage and blocked order lists for the direct manager.
• Check transport company invoices against delivery records and waybills before submission.
• Support the warehouse managers and team with pallet tracking, daily warehouse operations and coordination of purchase inquiries.

Required profile

• High school or diploma qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or dispatch function.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• Proven initiative, responsibility, methodical planning, analytical judgment, specialist knowledge and teamwork.
