Domestic Workforce Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Jeddah Gate Agency is seeking a motivated Domestic Workforce Recruitment Consultant to support its household staffing operations across Saudi Arabia. You will develop recruitment opportunities, source qualified domestic workers, and ensure successful placements for families in need of housekeeping, cooking, and childcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruitment partners in the Philippines, Kenya, and Ethiopia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic worker recruitment agencies and sourcing partners.
• Identify and source qualified domestic workers according to client requirements.
• Understand household needs and recommend suitable candidates.
• Follow up on candidate profiles, documentation, availability, and recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a reliable recruitment pipeline.
• Support the recruitment process from initial sourcing through successful placement.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, partners, leads, and recruitment activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential recruitment partnerships.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, domestic worker recruitment, or manpower sourcing (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Good understanding of the Saudi domestic workforce market (advantage).
• Existing network with recruitment agencies or sourcing partners (highly desirable).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills.
