Driving Instructor – Defensive Driving & MHE Trainer

About the role
Almarai is seeking a Driving Instructor to ensure accident‑free defensive driving for all users of company vehicles and material handling equipment (MHE). The role involves selecting, inducting, assessing, training and continuously developing staff to maintain high safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process.
- Control induction of all new drivers and MHE operators, ensuring completion before authorisation.
- Design and deliver MHE training programs and defensive driving sessions.
- Monitor and improve driving and MHE performance across the organisation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Driving & MHE Instructor.
- Certified Driving & MHE Instructor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Action‑oriented with strong planning, alignment and communication abilities.
