E-Commerce & Delivery Growth Specialist

About the role

WOODSWOODS Specialty Cafe & Roastery is seeking a data‑driven professional to lead and optimise its digital sales channels, including the website and multiple delivery platforms. The role focuses on increasing online revenue, improving customer experience, and turning digital touchpoints into a core growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise all online sales channels such as the e‑commerce store, Salla, HungerStation, Jahez, The Chefz, ToYou, Keeta and future platforms.
• Boost conversion rates, average order value, repeat purchase rate and overall customer retention.
• Design and execute promotions, bundles, upselling strategies, seasonal campaigns and platform‑exclusive offers.
• Collaborate with kitchen and marketing teams to create delivery‑focused products, high‑conversion bundles and seasonal offers.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, campaign ROI, CAC, LTV and contribution margins; deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve reporting efficiency, customer experience and operational processes.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, kitchen and customer‑experience teams while monitoring competitors and market trends.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, delivery platforms, digital commerce, online sales or growth‑focused roles.
• Background in food & beverage, quick‑service restaurants, specialty coffee or related sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for product descriptions, campaign optimisation and data analysis.
• Experience building automation workflows for reporting, dashboards and digital operations.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales, conversion and retention metrics.
