E‑commerce Manager – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Colgate‑Palmolive is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead its strategic digital partnerships in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, the role will drive growth across key online retailers, manage contracts, and ensure optimal digital shelf performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with strategic e‑commerce partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate favorable terms and ensure superior brand presence and operational excellence across digital accounts.
• Develop and execute data‑driven account plans to achieve sales, margin, and market‑share targets.
• Identify and activate new product and assortment opportunities, promotional mechanics, and digital marketing collaborations.
• Lead regular business reviews, sharing performance insights, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Negotiate annual contracts and promotional calendars in partnership with account buyers and senior management.
• Manage trade investments and budgets, including promotional spend, profitability analysis, and digital investments.
• Monitor and optimize e‑commerce performance metrics such as impressions, traffic, conversion rate, service levels, and inventory health.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Distributor teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal stock levels, and ensure high fill rates.
• Deliver best‑in‑class digital shelf execution (titles, descriptions, imagery, A+ content) and drive corrective actions.
• Leverage digital investments to drive full‑funnel demand generation, focusing on consumer journeys from awareness to purchase.
• Build plans to accelerate category growth across sub‑channels and develop Search/Display strategies with Media and Brand Marketing teams.
• Participate in cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
