eCube Specialist – Automotive

About the role

TRIGO is looking for an eCube Specialist within its automotive dimensional and metrology activities. The role leads and supports eCube-related dimensional analysis, measurement data management, reporting, issue tracking and stakeholder coordination. It calls for strong experience in dimensional/metrology environments, data analysis, technical reporting and automotive problem solving.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the eCube dimensional/metrology workstream, including priorities, operating model, escalation and stakeholder coordination
• Set up and maintain measurement and analysis governance, reporting cadence, issue tracking and handover processes
• Coordinate system readiness, user support, data quality, dimensional analysis and integration of eCube outputs into problem-solving
• Act as supplier focal point, ensuring coverage, standards and deliverable quality
• Run measurement and data analysis activities per approved work instructions and priorities
• Prepare dimensional analyses, reports, comparisons and evidence for investigations and build reviews
• Support issue triage, data validation and technical investigations, and escalate issues to the eCube Lead when needed
• Maintain accurate, complete and traceable records of analyses, issues, actions and decisions
• Support users in interpreting eCube outputs, training and knowledge transfer, and track issues through closure

Required profile

• Proven experience in dimensional engineering, metrology, dimensional data analysis or automotive manufacturing
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Hands-on eCube experience highly preferred
• Experience in dimensional investigations, technical reporting and issue resolution
• Ability to coordinate with multiple technical stakeholders and manage priorities and escalations
• Experience in BIW, Closures, Stamping, Vehicle Dimensional or automotive launch environments highly valued
