EHS Supervisor – Environmental Health & Safety

About the role

Lenovo is seeking an EHS Supervisor to lead and enhance its environmental, health and safety programs across its operations in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing robust policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine EHS policies, procedures, and workflows aligned with corporate objectives.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) systems.
• Organize regular safety inspections, hazard identification, and ensure corrective actions are closed.
• Manage hazardous chemicals, fire safety, emergency drills, and the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Lead incident and accident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis, and track corrective actions.
• Oversee compliant treatment and disposal of wastewater, exhaust gases, solid waste, and hazardous waste.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in environmental, health and safety functions.
