Job description

About the role

The Electrical Engineer will manage and perform electrical operations and maintenance for a wind plant, ensuring equipment reliability and plant availability through preventive, corrective, and overhauling activities.

Key responsibilities

Supervise maintenance team to achieve targets and adhere to policies.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, manage emergency breakdowns, and minimise downtime.
Develop condition‑based maintenance culture, conduct root‑cause analysis and troubleshooting.
Analyse maintenance data, prepare feasibility studies for modifications, and oversee implementation.
Forecast manpower and material needs, coordinate resources and spares for maintenance plans.

Required profile

At least 96 months (8 years) of experience in electrical maintenance.
Experience in wind plant or similar industrial environment.
