Employer Branding Executive – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Join Unilever as an Employer Branding Executive for the Arabia region, based in Jeddah. You will support the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives that enhance Unilever’s reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering employer branding activities across digital and on‑ground channels, including career events, campus activations and social media campaigns.
• Support early‑career and internship attraction programmes such as campus engagements, case‑study competitions and student touch‑point activations.
• Create engaging content for official social media and internal communications to promote the employer value proposition and employee stories.
• Conduct research on campus trends, competitor employer brands and talent expectations to inform strategy refresh.
• Monitor brand signals, audience sentiment and track engagement metrics like impressions, reach and candidate interest.
• Coordinate with HR, business teams, recruitment, external agencies and employer‑branding ambassadors to ensure smooth project delivery and event logistics.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree.
• Strong interest in employer branding, HR or marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organisational and project‑coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with willingness to learn brand metrics and tools.
• Previous HR or creative experience is a plus.
