About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead project teams within its Banking & Financial Services practice in Riyadh. The role involves driving consulting engagements for leading regional banks, investors, and financial institutions, delivering strategic solutions and transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day project activities, managing timelines, deliverables and client interactions.
• Develop and execute problem‑solving approaches to address complex banking and fintech challenges.
• Collaborate with senior client executives and internal experts to shape strategy and implementation plans.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure high‑quality work product.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in management consulting or banking/financial services.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
