Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a talented engineering team in a fully remote, globally distributed environment. You will combine strong technical judgment with people leadership to deliver high‑quality features that create meaningful value for users.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and support a team of engineers, ensuring delivery of high‑quality features and improvements.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Success stakeholders to plan and execute the product roadmap while balancing new features, technical debt, maintenance, and bug fixes.
• Coach engineers, support career development, and provide constructive feedback in a low‑structure environment.
• Remove execution obstacles and continuously improve team processes, collaboration patterns, and development practices.
• Diagnose project execution challenges and make practical adjustments to scope, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Maintain strong technical involvement by reviewing designs, code, and product proposals, and contributing to decisions grounded in implementation realities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years (24 months) of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to balance technical decision‑making with people leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to decompose complex initiatives.
