Engineering Manager, Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team that operates and continuously improves modern cloud infrastructure for customer environments. The role focuses on managed services built on Kubernetes, OpenStack and Linux, balancing operational excellence with engineering quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a growing engineering team, improving development velocity and operational quality.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of managed services across customer environments, ensuring reliability and consistency.
• Establish disciplined engineering and operations processes that support scalability, maintainability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team health, drive collaboration and maintain focus on priorities, milestones and customer commitments.
• Represent the managed services team with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and operations teams to resolve complex issues and deliver reliable distributed systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in software engineering and cloud infrastructure management.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing, distributed engineering teams.
