Engineering Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join its team in Saudi Arabia, working on site. The role calls for a dynamic leader who oversees engineering projects, ensures they are delivered efficiently and meet quality and safety standards, collaborates with other departments, manages budgets and drives innovation in engineering practice.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Develop project plans, scope, schedules and budgets aligned with organizational goals
• Mentor engineers on best practices, performance and professional development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate engineering solutions
• Analyze engineering challenges and recommend improvements
• Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred
• At least 10 years of engineering management experience, with a strong background in energy or construction
• Demonstrated leadership and experience managing engineering teams
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic preferred
• Familiarity with the Saudi engineering landscape and local regulations is advantageous
