Engineering Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance and engineering team at our Sheraton property in Madinah. The role combines hands‑on technical work with staff supervision to ensure all equipment, safety systems and guest facilities operate reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and perform preventive maintenance on tools, appliances and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges and meters and operate all shut‑off valves.
• Order, label and stock parts and supplies; maintain inventory and purchase‑order logs.
• Conduct life‑safety checks, including fire‑pump and generator run tests, and inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Assist in developing disaster‑response protocols and respond to guest repair requests.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching engineering staff.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 2 years of related engineering or maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Required skills

• Equipment calibration.
• Power lift operation.
• Life‑safety system testing and preventive maintenance.
