ENT Registrar – Otorhinolaryngology

About the role

The Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Registrar will join the ENT department of Nahdi Care Clinics, providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for patients with ear, nose and throat conditions. The role involves direct patient interaction, clinical decision‑making and participation in quality improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document findings and develop individualized care plans.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic investigations and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, medication use and preventive health measures.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with NCC policies and CBAHI standards.
• Participate in NCC committees, task forces and continuous professional development activities.
• Contribute to continuing medical education programs, including rounds, lectures and journal clubs.
• Adhere to all NCC policies, Saudi Health Council guidelines and relevant regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in a related specialty or a fellowship approved by the Saudi Council of Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience after the master’s degree, or eligibility to sit the board examination.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous quality improvement.
