Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and lead architecture practices across a diversified group of businesses in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Group IT Director, you will shape technology standards, governance and long‑term strategy for multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise architecture across business, application, data, cloud and technology domains.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks and reference architectures.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards and provide oversight for strategic initiatives.
• Drive cloud architecture standards for Azure and multi‑cloud environments.
• Define Infrastructure as Code standards, with a strong preference for Terraform.
• Guide enterprise application strategy, modernization, rationalization and integration.
• Set architecture standards for platforms such as Microsoft 365, Oracle ERP/Fusion, ServiceNow, SAP, CRM and HR systems.
• Develop integration patterns including APIs, event‑driven architectures and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology investments with business objectives.
• Provide architectural leadership on security, identity, resilience and compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of technology experience with at least 3 years in an Enterprise Architect or equivalent role.
• Proven experience defining architecture strategy, standards, governance and roadmaps.
• Experience leading or participating in Architecture Review Boards.
• Background working in a group, holding company or multi‑entity environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.

Required skills

• Azure architecture and cloud governance.
• Multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform.
• Azure Landing Zones, IAM, networking, security and cloud governance.
• Enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, Oracle ERP/Fusion, ServiceNow, SAP, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday.
• Enterprise integration, API management and event‑driven architecture.
• Application portfolio management and technology rationalization.
• Security architecture, Zero Trust and governance frameworks.
• TOGAF certification (preferred).
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred).
• AWS or GCP Architecture certification (preferred).
