ERP Program Manager – Oracle Fusion Implementation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead a large‑scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation for a leading oil & gas drilling organization in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role acts as an independent PMO representative, ensuring program governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and establish PMO processes.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, system integrators, and executive leadership.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive‑level status reporting.
• Manage change control, issue resolution, escalation procedures and program quality compliance.
• Oversee transition of the solution to business operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–4 large‑scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
• Experience as an independent client‑side PMO or Program Manager.
• Strong background in program governance, stakeholder management and ERP transformation.
• PMP, PRINCE2 and additional certifications such as CSM, PMI‑ACP, PgMP or ITIL.
• Prior exposure to the Energy & Utilities sector, especially oil & gas drilling, is preferred.
