Event Coordinator (Riyadh)

About the role

The Event Coordinator will plan, organize and execute a variety of events, conferences and exhibitions in Riyadh. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the role ensures each event runs smoothly from conception to post‑event analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute events, conferences, and exhibitions according to established plans.
• Monitor all arrangements before, during, and after events, addressing operational issues promptly.
• Manage vendor and service provider relationships to ensure timely task completion.
• Oversee venue setup, audio‑visual, lighting, hospitality, and registration logistics.
• Prepare work schedules, task lists, and monitor their execution.
• Track participant registration and attendance, and maintain budget control.
• Prepare post‑event reports and document results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Practical experience in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, or exhibitions.
• Good knowledge of event organization processes and vendor coordination.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare schedules, task lists, and reports.
