Event Marketing Manager (Part‑Time, 24‑32h/week)

About the role

This fully remote, part‑time position is for an experienced event marketing professional who will own a diverse portfolio of events across Europe. You will manage conferences, trade fairs, roundtables, webinars and other digital experiences, ensuring each event aligns with the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the event calendar from research and evaluation through planning, execution, lead management and post‑event analysis.
• Research and source relevant HR, People and Mobility events across Germany, the DACH region and broader Europe.
• Coordinate timelines, vendors, booth logistics, promotional materials, shipping, travel and accommodation for multiple simultaneous events.
• Plan and deliver proprietary events such as roundtables, breakfasts, dinners and meet‑ups, handling venue selection, catering, invitations, agendas and on‑site hosting.
• Manage webinars and digital programs, overseeing topics, speakers, promotion, registration and follow‑up.
• Drive attendance and lead generation through pre‑event outreach, on‑site engagement and structured hand‑over to Sales.

Required profile

• Professional proficiency in German and English.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle several events, deadlines and vendors while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑starting attitude with a hands‑on mentality for end‑to‑end event delivery.
• Calm, adaptable and solution‑oriented when plans change or unexpected issues arise.
• Experience in event marketing, field marketing, B2B marketing, agency work or relevant personal projects.
