Events Supervisor – Luxury Yacht Club

About the role

The Events Supervisor will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of high‑profile member events, regattas, VIP functions and brand activations at the Amaala Yacht Club, ensuring each experience reflects the club’s luxury identity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the full event lifecycle from concept, budgeting and logistics to post‑event reporting.
• Develop a seasonal calendar of luxury member events and experiential activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and third‑party vendors to coordinate F&B, entertainment, décor, branding, permits and security.
• Prepare detailed event briefs, run‑of‑shows and contingency plans.
• Support member‑relations on guest lists, RSVP systems and VIP hosting protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk‑management and operational procedures.
• Work closely with Marketing and PR for promotional and media activities.
• Track event KPIs and produce post‑event evaluation reports.
• Assist BOH Operations in the execution of regattas and sailing‑related events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in event planning or luxury hospitality activations.
• Proven experience managing premium, high‑touch events and VIP protocols.
