Manager, Risk & Crisis Communications

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager, Risk & Crisis Communications to strengthen its ability to anticipate, prepare for, and respond to risks and crises across its ultra‑luxury destinations. You will lead risk assessment, crisis planning, and stakeholder engagement to protect and enhance the organisation’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ongoing risk assessments for projects, identifying geopolitical, economic, environmental, reputational, and operational risks.
• Monitor emerging issues using tools such as Sprinklr, industry sources, and stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and oversee crisis communications strategies, playbooks, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental response procedures aligned with brand positioning and RSG values.
• Organise workshops, simulations, and media training for executives and spokespeople.
• Prepare crisis communication materials, including holding statements, press releases, FAQs, and social media content.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of risk and crisis communication projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in risk and crisis communications within a large, multi‑project environment.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional coordination and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to assess and prioritize key risks.
