Excavator Sales Manager

About the role

SANY Saudi Arabia is hiring an Excavator Sales Manager to lead and drive excavator sales across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and drive excavator sales activities across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers, and key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive market development and business expansion.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase excavator market share and sales performance.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates on market activities and business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery industry, with strong experience in excavator sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction equipment market, particularly the Western Region.
• Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging business objectives.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to undertake frequent business travel and internal transfers as required.
