Executive Director, Coverage - Central Region

About the role

The Executive Director, Coverage will lead a large portfolio of corporate clients across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the MD & Head of Coverage, the role focuses on growing revenue, maintaining credit quality, and ensuring high client satisfaction while supervising a team of relationship managers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financials and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Originate new business across banking products and develop term sheets, information memoranda, and financial models.
• Negotiate, pitch and close deals while managing credit, market and operational risk.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Maintain portfolio credit quality, prepare account plans and ensure timely credit reviews.
• Drive cross‑selling initiatives and increase the cross‑sell ratio with key clients.
• Oversee KYC and AML compliance, and manage day‑to‑day administrative activities.

Required profile

• Senior banking professional with extensive experience in corporate coverage and credit analysis.
• Proven track record of managing large client portfolios and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach a high‑performing team.
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation abilities.
