About the role

The Executive Director of Lifestyle & Wellness Sector Operations will provide visionary leadership to advance the organization’s mission. This senior role oversees multiple departments, drives strategic initiatives, and ensures the business stays aligned with industry trends and consumer demands.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the lifestyle and wellness sector.
• Proven track record of successful operational and strategic management.
• Strong financial management expertise, including budget development and forecasting.
• High‑level stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage organizational change.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences, including board members and external partners.
