Experienced Liaison Man - Onshore Oil Drilling

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition company in the Oil & Energy sector, is looking for an experienced Liaison Man for onshore oil drilling operations. The role acts as the link between rig personnel and management, ensuring effective communication, smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. It involves coordinating onshore drilling activities, managing logistics and passing information between teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between drilling operations and onshore management
• Coordinate logistics for personnel and equipment transport to and from the rig
• Monitor drilling operations and report performance and incidents to management
• Assist in planning and scheduling drilling activities and maintenance operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site-specific policies
• Maintain records of operations, inventory and personnel activities
• Promote team building and a safety-first culture

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant experience also considered
• At least 5 years of experience in a liaison or coordination role in onshore oil drilling
• Strong understanding of drilling processes, logistics and safety procedures
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work in challenging conditions and possibly travel to different drilling sites

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
