Expert Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Expert Site Reliability Engineer to lead the reliability, availability, and scalability of our critical technology services. You will apply advanced software engineering, automation, and observability practices to ensure operational resilience across production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement reliability engineering practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and reliability targets.
• Design and build automation to reduce manual operational tasks and improve system resilience.
• Develop and enhance monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident detection capabilities.
• Lead technical analysis and resolution of complex production incidents, conducting root‑cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
• Design solutions to improve system availability, scalability, capacity, and disaster recovery.
• Identify reliability risks and recommend architectural improvements.
• Drive performance engineering, capacity planning, and reliability improvements for critical services.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance on SRE best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proven track record in incident management, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments is a plus.
