Export Sales Engineer – International Markets

About the role

We are looking for an Export Sales Engineer to drive international sales of EXA Ceramics’ product portfolio. The role involves solution selling, financial modelling and aligning customer requirements with our solutions to meet project sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers, architects, contractors and consultants across the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell the company’s ceramic products, set annual sales targets and develop strategic plans.
• Provide technical support to customers, handle complaints, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, submit regular sales and project reports, and keep the CRM system up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with store, logistics and finance teams to guarantee on‑time delivery and invoicing.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in export sales or technical sales within the construction or industrial materials sector.
• Proven ability to develop project pipelines, negotiate with large contracting firms and achieve sales targets.
• Strong analytical skills for financial business case modelling and reporting.
