External Relations Manager – Government & Stakeholder Partnerships

About the role

The External Relations Manager will lead Sunbulah Group’s external affairs, building and nurturing strategic relationships with ministries, government bodies, embassies, chambers and other key stakeholders. The role is pivotal in enhancing the company’s visibility, securing government support, and driving partnership initiatives that align with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ministries, regulatory authorities, embassies, chambers and strategic external partners.
• Represent the organization at official meetings, conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations and sponsorships with external entities.
• Lead the pursuit of government incentives, grants, funding programmes and national initiatives relevant to the business.
• Coordinate submissions, documentation and follow‑ups for government support programmes.
• Support corporate image through professional stakeholder engagement and protocol arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, briefing materials and ensure alignment of external communications with internal leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in external relations, public affairs or government liaison.
• Proven track record of managing high‑level stakeholder relationships and securing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory environment and public sector processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and representation skills.
