Fabricator III (Pipefitter, Helper III)

About the role

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Fabricator III in Jubail to organize and execute piping fabrication activities safely and effectively according to plant requirements. The role covers on-site and field work, from setting up tools to reporting progress to the pipefitter supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate piping or lay out work following job instructions, drawings, material specifications and technical references given by the supervisor.
• Set up, align and operate heavy-duty specialized workshop tools to cut, thread and groove all types of pipes and joints.
• Organize materials and equipment needed for pipe fabrication.
• Ensure all pipe fabrication specifications are met and comply with quality requirements.
• Carry out the work on site and in the field, keeping track of ongoing jobs and logging progress for the pipefitter supervisor.
• Support investigations into failures of piping circuits.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance with a high school education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in oil and gas maintenance with a diploma.
• A valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute attesting to the candidate's qualifications and competency.
