Facility Engineer

About the role

AWTAD is looking for a skilled Facility Engineer to oversee the maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement of its facilities in Saudi Arabia. You will conduct inspections, troubleshoot equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while driving efficiency across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities in facility operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors on facility‑related projects.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
