Facility Engineer Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role

The Facility Engineer Trainee will support the Facility Management function within a large‑scale urban development project. Working under the Tamheer Program, the trainee assists in design reviews, city planning activities and the implementation of operational strategies, gaining hands‑on experience in data analysis and cross‑department coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare digital dashboards and progress reports to monitor city‑wide operational strategy implementation.
• Assist in project lifecycle tasks, including scope execution and close‑out activities.
• Support the FM design review process by organizing comments, maintaining trackers and liaising with design and development teams.
• Collect, organize and analyse operational and project data to aid reporting and decision‑making.
• Maintain action trackers, issue logs and monitoring tools related to operational readiness.
• Coordinate between Facility Management and development teams to follow up on operational requirements.
• Draft presentations, briefing notes and summary reports for internal meetings and management updates.
• Support documentation and record‑keeping for design inputs, operational planning and strategy implementation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Eligibility for the Saudi Tamheer graduate program.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Data Analytics.
• Familiarity with Information Systems.
