Facility Manager – Shopping Mall (Arabic speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead the facilities management operations of a major shopping mall in Madinah. The role combines oversight of hard and soft services, client relationship management and operational leadership to ensure a safe, efficient and high‑quality environment for tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day FM operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements, KPIs and SLAs.
• Lead hard and soft FM services including MEP maintenance, housekeeping, security coordination, landscaping and waste management.
• Oversee subcontractors and service providers, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and contracts.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programmes and operational plans.
• Monitor budgets, control costs and optimise resource utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, local laws and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards and continuous‑improvement plans.
• Lead, coach and develop site teams to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of facilities management experience, with proven experience managing shopping malls.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
