Fashion Consultant – Airport (The Visitor)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for The Visitor airport concept, you will represent Chalhoub Group’s luxury portfolio, delivering an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales targets. You will work on the shop floor, supporting customers through an omni‑channel approach and contributing to in‑store initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top‑seller trends and slow‑moving items for business reviews.
• Promote the loyalty programme (MUSE) and guide customers on app features and online services.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and visual‑merchandising compliance.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within agreed service‑level agreements.
• Maintain accurate customer data in line with marketing requirements.
• Drive client relationships across channels and provide pre‑buying product feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for luxury brands.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and basic data entry.
• Familiarity with visual‑merchandising standards and SOPs.
• Understanding of loyalty programmes and omni‑channel retail processes.
