About the role
The Guest Service Expert delivers memorable food and beverage experiences for hotel guests in Riyadh. You will work on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service, accurate orders, and a clean environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables, maintain a tidy service area.
- Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate with team members.
- Serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
