F&B Service Expert (Waiter) – Saudi Nationality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated F&B Service Expert (Waiter) to join our team at Le Méridien Al Khobar. The role focuses on delivering memorable dining experiences for guests, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant area.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs and dining settings according to hotel standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Interact with guests, answer menu questions and provide courteous service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies and follow health‑safety procedures.
• Handle menu items, verify orders and manage guest transactions as part of the overall experience.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance), reaching, bending and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• Saudi nationality (as indicated in the title).
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety guidelines.
