Field Compliance Coordinator - Drilling & Gas Plants Environment

About the role

Eram Talent, a talent acquisition consultancy, is recruiting a Field Compliance Coordinator for a client in the oil and gas sector, based in Dhahran. The role ensures adherence to safety regulations and standards in drilling and gas plant operations, working with field teams, contractors and management to identify risks, monitor compliance and put in place appropriate safety measures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor compliance programmes specific to drilling and gas plant environments
• Carry out regular safety audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance
• Train and guide personnel on safety practices and emergency response procedures
• Investigate safety incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and risk management
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and best practices for drilling and gas operations
• Ensure documentation and reporting on compliance activities are complete and accurate

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in health and safety compliance for drilling and gas plants
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in the oil and gas industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications in Occupational Health and Safety are a plus
